What/Who is Upstream Solutions?

Upstream Solutions is a company that supports College Coaches and College Athletic Departments in many ways Executive Coaching Facilitation Training Online Career Communities for College Programs Michelyne Pinard, the Founder, is the former Women's Soccer Coach at Williams. With Michelyne's support, our online community is set for success. Not only has she led her teams to multiple NCAA Championships, she has a proven track record in empowering sports organizations with innovative tools like online career communities. What role is Upstream Solutions/Michelyne going to play in our Career Community? Think of them/her as Katy's Assistant that is focused on player, parent and alumnae engagement and career networking support.
